Two high-ranking government officials revealed to the network that the U.S. government reacted "rigorously" to the possibility of the use of tactical nuclear weapons by Russian President Vladimir Putin (71) towards the end of the first year of the war. The preparations were triggered by the collapse of the Russian front, which led to significant territorial gains for Ukraine.
