During his State of the Nation address, US President Biden made clear his stance on Ukraine and Kremlin leader Putin. He emphasized his determination to stand up to Putin and called for further support for the country attacked by Russia. Here is everything Biden said:

Biden Advocates for Greater Support for Ukraine

Biden stated that the US will not be sending troops to Ukraine, but will continue to support the country. He also condemned his predecessor Trump's statements on NATO as dangerous and unacceptable, emphasizing the need to stand firm against Putin. In recent years, the US has been Ukraine's most important ally and has provided extensive arms deliveries. However, due to a domestic political blockade in Congress, where Republicans are refusing further aid, the supply from the US has come to a halt. A new aid package for Ukraine is currently stuck in the House of Representatives, where the Republican chairman does not want to bring the package to a vote. Nevertheless, Biden warned the Kremlin in Moscow against misjudgment. He said that they would not shirk responsibility.
