Billion-dollar Nazi treasure hidden in Switzerland? Lawyers from various continents are currently investigating what could have happened to a supposed billion-dollar treasure of the Nazis, allegedly disappeared 78 years ago. A lead discovered in Argentina points to the Swiss bank Credit Suisse. It also seems to have initiated investigations, but remains silent! Will the billions now be traced - and where exactly does this treasure come from?
There is renewed excitement about the Swiss bank Credit Suisse (CS). The German daily newspaper "us" reports that one of the clues directly leads to this Swiss bank from Argentina. Allegedly, a secret account has existed there for 78 years, where the billion-dollar treasure is supposed to have been stored. Both Nazi descendants and top international lawyers and the Jewish Simon Wiesenthal Center are allegedly after this money. The search was triggered by a list accidentally found in Argentina. This list was discovered in 1984 by a man named Pedro Filipuzzi during cleanup work in the warehouse of the Argentine Banca Nacional de Desarollo in Buenos Aires. The list contained German names, birth dates, and numbers. There were also entries from German companies that had branches in Argentina in the 1930s and 1940s, including Rheinmetall and Thyssen. All individuals made payments to an account at Banco Transatlantico Aleman, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank.
