Hodges criticizes that the West, especially the USA and Germany, have never set the goal of a Ukrainian victory, which is why the support is insufficient. He emphasizes that short-range missiles would be crucial to attack bases and logistical nodes and to make Crimea untenable for the Russian Navy.
