In July 2022, the US delivered its first "Himars" rocket system to Ukraine. With its six, 80-kilometer range precision rockets, it has since become the most effective weapon of the Ukrainian army against Putin's regime. Thousands of Russian soldiers fell victim to this superweapon 'Made in USA'. Now, however, it appears that the Russians have for the first time destroyed one of these high-tech weapon systems. Putin is increasingly gaining the upper hand!
Russia Releases Video of the Destruction of a Himars Weapon System
As a result, Russia has been pressing for the destruction of the 39 systems delivered from the US since then. However, aside from dozens of propaganda lies about the alleged destruction of hundreds(!) of systems, the Kremlin had no successes to show. Until now! On Tuesday, Russian propagandists released a military video showing for the first time the destruction of a Himars system in Ukraine. The circumstances of the destruction are more threatening for the Ukrainian army than the fact itself - because Kiev has more than 60 other systems that can fire identical US missiles. Two facts are particularly critical here.
