Belgium’s heir apparent, Princess Elisabeth, 24, finished a two-year master’s in public policy at Harvard Kennedy School after earning a bachelor’s in history and politics at Oxford. Belgian royal reporter Wim Dehandschutter announced the news on social media on April 23.
