The Missing Names

RadarOnline reports the Defense Department's Iran war tally fell from 18 on July 22 to 14 the next day after four service members were removed from the official list. Acting Pentagon press secretary Joel Valdez blamed "temporary data disruptions" on the casualty website; at the time of publication the number remained 14.

Who Was Left Off

The four reportedly omitted were Sgt. Angel S. Rampersad, 28; Pvt. Isabella Gonzales, 19; 1st Lt. Tyler James Feehan, 25 — three said to have died in Iranian strikes in Jordan — and Sgt. Michael Emmanuel Swinton, 30, who was killed in Iraq while disposing of a downed Iranian drone.
