Stewart spoke warmly about the Martha Stewart Rose, a fragrant hybrid tea with five-inch blooms and an impressive 100 to 150 ballet-pink and apricot petals. She noted it was hybridized in France by a Frenchman and introduced here about two years ago, praising the curled, cinquefoil-like centers and the color shift from orange-pink at the heart to a softer pink outside.
